I am so happy to see Harry Reid is addressing filibuster reform.
This really means a lot to me. I want to see the Democrats in the Senate pass legislation reflecting their liberal values and let the House make their choices based on what they receive from the Senate. I am sick of the Republicans saying they don't get legislation from the Senate because Harry Reid doesn't put anything up for a vote. Of course he doesn't! Everything gets filibustered!
I am tired of the gridlock. However, I don't want the Democrats to cave on Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid either.
